Life Enrichment Coordinator — Assisted Living

What you'll do

• Organize, promote, implement, and evaluate individualized life enrichment programming
• maintain weekly and monthly activity calendars
• provide one-to-one programming for residents unable to participate in groups
• guide staff on enrichment and quality of life
• review programs for regulatory and company compliance
• maintain time, attendance, and inventory records
• document progress toward treatment goals
• assist with community events and activity layouts and decorations.
