What you'll do

• Perform and evaluate cytogenetics and FISH testing
• interpret, correlate, and validate laboratory procedures and results
• monitor quality-control systems and measures
• maintain, troubleshoot, and repair instrumentation
• apply independent technical judgment to laboratory results
• communicate and consult with healthcare team members and support patient education.
