This onsite, full-time position offers compensation between $24 and $25 per hour, plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus, and supports our mission of providing high-quality early childhood education through our proprietary Links to Learning curriculum. The Lead Toddler Teacher is responsible for creating a safe and engaging classroom environment that fosters curiosity, confidence, and independence in young children. This role involves designing age-appropriate activities, maintaining consistent routines, and building positive partnerships with families to support each child's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
