The Caregiver — Home Care role is onsite in San Juan Capistrano, CA, paying $19–$23 per hour. Assisting Hands Irvine & Dana Point provides home care intended to help clients remain safely and comfortably in their own homes while maintaining dignity and independence. Caregivers provide support based on each client’s care plan and needs, including personal care, companionship, meal preparation, transportation, and medication reminders. They document activities of daily living, report changes or safety concerns, and respond responsibly to urgent situations.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• provide companionship and emotional support
• prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
• transport clients to appointments, errands, and activities
• provide medication reminders
• document activities of daily living in the AxisCare app
• report changes in condition, safety concerns, or incidents.
