Senior Counselor

What you'll do

• Conduct client intakes and orientations
• assess clients and develop and implement treatment plans
• provide individual and group counseling
• coordinate services and referrals
• respond to emergencies, including those that may occur on weekends or holidays
• evaluate client progress and program effectiveness
• and maintain confidential treatment records in accordance with HIPAA requirements.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in counseling or a closely related field and two years of behavioral-health-related work experience, or an equivalent combination. CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications are required. Extended hours and varied schedules may be required.
