What you'll do

• Lead service technicians, facilities technicians, and housekeepers
• oversee and perform hands-on maintenance
• inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, flooring, carpentry, drywall, appliance, and exterior issues
• manage apartment make-ready inventory and turn board
• schedule contractors and vendors
• inspect and correct safety hazards
• complete service reports
• train and mentor technicians
• maintain records
• support capital projects.

Why this role
