What you'll do

• Pursue individual sales goals
• coach Sales Associates and monitor sales metrics
• follow up with leads and guests
• support member questions and resolve issues
• help plan studio operations, maintain a clean and organized space, process membership freezes and terminations, and assist with marketing and community outreach.
