What you'll do

• Prepare conceptual, negotiated, and competitive estimates
• analyze drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• perform quantity take-offs and price labor, materials, and general conditions
• solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor bids
• maintain bid schedules and trade coverage
• attend pre-bid meetings and occasionally visit job sites
• collaborate with project managers
• manage multiple estimates.
