Lead day-to-day management of heart and lung transplant inpatients, including pre-, intra-, and post-operative care, ICU rounding, and discharge planning. Coordinate multidisciplinary care with transplant cardiology, pulmonology, advanced heart and lung failure teams, ECMO/VAD services, infectious diseases, pharmacy, PT/OT, social work, and care management.
