PRN Therapist – Behavioral Health

The role provides therapeutic care that supports residents’ emotional, behavioral, and social development. Through therapy, assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration with clinical staff, nursing, leadership, and families, the therapist contributes to continuity of care and resident well-being.

What you'll do

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy based on resident needs
• complete assessments and contribute to individualized treatment planning
• use evidence-based interventions
• help residents develop coping skills, emotional regulation, and positive interpersonal relationships
• collaborate with clinical staff, nursing, leadership, and families
• participate in treatment team discussions as needed
• maintain timely clinical documentation
• follow facility policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
