Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

• Enter, track, and invoice orders
• communicate with customers by email and phone about orders, inquiries, and follow-up
• release material for shipment
• assist with finished-goods inventory control
• process deductions and coordinate raw-material movement
• work with internal departments and outside processors
• support projects, cross-train for desk coverage, and help customers use the customer portal.
