The Construction Concrete Superintendent – Guantanamo Bay role is onsite at NS Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Compensation starts at $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience. RQ Construction performs Department of Defense work, including self-performed structural concrete and masonry scopes. The superintendent oversees field operations across structural concrete and masonry phases on a hospital project, coordinating crews, trade partners, materials, inspections, quality, safety, and schedule. The role works closely with the onsite Superintendent and Project Manager to deliver work to project requirements and RQ standards.

What you'll do

• Oversee structural concrete and masonry field operations
• coordinate staffing, supplies, schedules, deliveries, pours, testing, and inspections
• review drawings and specifications
• monitor progress, quality, safety, and manpower
• direct crews and coordinate with trade partners, suppliers, and inspectors
• verify work against plans and QA/QC requirements
• complete daily reports and communicate field conditions and delays.
