Tree Production II

What you'll do

• Transfer plants from smaller to larger containers
• use proper planting techniques including root pruning, depth, and watering
• identify plant material and maintain quality
• organize trees after transplanting
• demonstrate techniques to support training of Tree Production I employees
• operate equipment as needed
• maintain personal protective equipment and nursery areas
• care for and position plants
• assist other nursery departments as needed.
