Sourcing Manager

The Sourcing Manager role is onsite in Elk River, MN, with compensation of $105,000–$130,000 per year. Sportech designs, manufactures, and assembles cab components and systems for powersports, golf and turf, industrial, and agricultural markets. The role manages strategic sourcing across assigned commodity categories to support new and existing product lines, improve supplier performance, and contribute to company financial goals. It works with internal stakeholders and suppliers on sourcing strategy, cost, quality, delivery, and risk.

What you'll do

• Manage spend across assigned commodity categories
• identify opportunities to improve profitability, operational excellence, and quality
• maintain the strategic supplier matrix
• develop and implement supplier and commodity strategies
• prepare sourcing plans, RFI/RFQs, bid and price analyses, and total-cost-of-ownership analyses
• negotiate supplier agreements
• monitor supplier performance
• mitigate supply-chain risk
• support new product launches and collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, and Quality.
