What you'll do

• Receive and confirm patient orders by phone, email, and text
• process orders and patient updates in Brightree
• respond to patient and caregiver needs and escalate when needed
• verify insurance coverage before fulfillment
• scan, file, and maintain compliant patient documentation
• keep records current
• build product knowledge to consult patients and support the sales team
• assist with projects and initiatives as needed.
