What you'll do

• Run pre-set, qualified homeowner appointments
• conduct in-home design consultations
• design custom showers using proprietary rendering software
• provide same-day estimates and execute a one-sit close
• work with the Sales Manager and team through coaching, joint appointments, weekly meetings, and skill development.
