What you'll do

• Lead assigned bids from start to finish
• prepare estimates across projects and manage deadlines
• review plans, specifications, and contracts to identify scope, risks, and requirements
• coordinate estimators, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure bid coverage
• attend job walks and pre-bid meetings
• negotiate scope and pricing
• maintain historical cost data and improve the subcontractor database
• and support accountability and performance within the estimating team.
