What you'll do

• confirm milestones are completed accurately and on time
• use airline booking and tracking websites
• provide customers with updates about delays and issues
• identify alternatives to meet delivery requirements
• escalate issues appropriately
• update and manage airway bills
• source driver coverage
• handle inbound and outbound email, phone, and text communications
• place orders for customers who cannot use the online portal
• meet customer service and performance metrics.
