What you'll do

• Develop and maintain year-round recruitment strategies
• coordinate summer associate and SAPA program logistics and communications
• manage applications, resumes, interviews, candidate tracking, evaluations, and offers
• build relationships with school career offices
• coordinate recruiting events
• maintain recruiting content
• contribute to talent acquisition projects and budgets.
