The position manages financing and insurance transactions from credit applications and lender approvals through product presentation, paperwork, and funding. It also supports sales leadership, coaches sales staff, and helps maintain a professional customer experience and smooth transaction workflow.

What you'll do

• Guide customers through financing, protection products, purchase paperwork, and delivery requirements
• present applicable F&I products
• prepare credit applications and submit financing requests
• build lender relationships and manage approvals, funding, and outstanding documents
• complete sales contracts, licensing, registration, and titling paperwork
• maintain organized deal files and follow customer-information, financing, and disclosure requirements
• support deal structuring, sales desk coverage, customer concerns, and daily workflow
• help lead sales huddles and coach team members
• track department goals
• coordinate with sales and accounting.
