What you'll do

• Answer phones and direct callers or respond to questions
• finalize orders, take payments, and schedule deliveries and pickups
• process returns and initial warranty claim paperwork
• make appropriate order changes and cancellations
• update customers on order status
• process finance applications
• support showroom Sales Consultants with questions and order processing
• process accessory sales
• occasionally work on the sales floor
• perform other assigned duties.
