What you'll do

• Oversee daily back-office activities for online banking, mobile banking, Bill Pay, and Remote Deposit Capture
• coordinate daily digital payment processing with Accounting
• monitor fraud controls and reporting
• lead digital channel and product enhancement implementation
• coordinate staff training
• work with Marketing on digital engagement strategy, budgets, and performance indicators
• monitor member experience dashboards and feedback
• maintain vendor and system service levels
• coordinate with IT on outages and disruptions
• establish and evaluate department procedures and policies.
