What you'll do

• Provide first-level support for password resets, printers, scanners, hardware, and software
• install and troubleshoot applications and computer equipment
• respond to support calls and emails
• document and monitor requests
• escalate complex issues to the Service Desk Team Lead
• ship and receive equipment
• image and deploy computers
• process requests in ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus MSP
• assist with IT projects.
