What you'll do

• own machine-learning pipeline components including data preparation, embeddings, retrieval, prompt engineering, and RAG
• collaborate to productionize models
• define evaluation frameworks and run testing and drift detection
• optimize performance, cost, and efficiency
• maintain documentation, governance, and ethical AI practices
• mentor junior data scientists
• identify use cases and assess research and open-source developments.
