What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and support administrators and facility leadership teams
• monitor operational, financial, census, labor, and quality performance
• conduct facility visits and develop improvement plans
• support regulatory compliance, surveys, investigations, and reviews
• partner with clinical leadership, HR, and finance
• recruit, mentor, develop, and retain facility leaders
• analyze performance metrics
• drive census, occupancy, labor management, and financial performance
• implement regional initiatives
• communicate priorities to executive leadership.
