Safety and Security Coordinator — Weekends

What you'll do

• Maintain an on-site presence
• monitor facility access and conduct safety checks
• assess risks and use verbal de-escalation to prevent escalation
• support staff during challenging interactions
• maintain an approachable presence in dining, shelter, and common areas
• respond to emergencies and incidents according to procedures
• contact emergency services when necessary
• participate in drills and safety planning
• document incidents and coordinate with program staff and leadership.
