What you'll do

• Collaborate with product specialists, customers, and trainers to develop curricula
• create instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced course materials
• develop business-process and technical software instruction
• design learning plans for different audiences
• update materials for software releases
• analyze existing training
• facilitate course pilots and train-the-trainer sessions
• develop and deliver custom-project training.
