What you'll do

  • Oversee residential program scheduling and assign direct support professionals based on experience and credentials
  • provide after-hours and weekend on-call coverage for staffing needs
  • interview, hire, train, schedule, and supervise per diem and flex staff
  • maintain the master schedule
  • communicate staffing needs with directors and House Managers
  • provide program oversight when a House Manager is absent as needed
  • support manager and staff training
  • review incident reports
  • maintain credentials
  • and support regulatory and quality assurance practices.
