What you'll do

• Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase orders for assigned product and vendor groups
• maintain procurement records, forecasts, costs, lead times, and vendor data
• meet with vendors
• participate in supplier performance reviews
• work with product managers and operations to address defective or unacceptable goods
• monitor damaged, obsolete, and excess inventory
• and coordinate invoice discrepancies with Accounts Payable and vendors. Travel may be requested for vendor meetings, branch staff, and training.
