The Caregiver / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is onsite in Andover, MN. Compensation is $20.00 per hour, or $21.00 per hour for candidates with a valid CNA certificate. The caregiver provides direct assistance and medication support as delegated, documents resident needs and changes, and encourages independence while contributing to a safe and supportive senior living environment.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, showering, grooming, toileting, and escorting
• administer medications or reminders as required and delegated by the RN Supervisor
• document care and changes in resident condition
• report medication changes and concerns
• maintain a clean environment
• support activities and mealtimes
• follow infection control and state regulations
• communicate with residents, families, and staff.
