Property Manager – Cooperative Apartment Building

What you'll do

• Oversee building interior, common areas, grounds, maintenance services, contractors, vendors, and building staff
• communicate with residents, visitors, staff, and board members
• address shareholder concerns
• review and place supply orders
• track maintenance work orders
• inspect common areas weekly
• review governing documents
• supervise staff and approve schedules and payroll
• attend monthly evening board meetings
• assist with the annual budget and process proposals, repairs, and invoices
• handle after-hours emergencies as necessary.
