What you'll do

• Attend school board meetings, including evening meetings, and advise on procedure, governance, and compliance
• manage school district matters and client relationships
• serve as a trusted advisor to boards and administrators
• represent clients in litigation and administrative proceedings
• advise on Pennsylvania education laws
• conduct legal research
• draft and review policies, resolutions, contracts, pleadings, and agreements
• collaborate with attorneys
• maintain professional standards and continuing legal education.
