Floating Store Manager

This role exists to maintain store performance and customer service across locations by leading employees, managing inventory and expenses, and stepping into frontline duties as needed. The manager may need to cover any shift, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

What you'll do

• Own store operations, team, and performance
• lead 8–15 employees across shifts
• provide coverage as needed
• perform frontline store duties including register operation, stocking, upselling, cleaning, and lot and fuel-pump maintenance
• coach, recruit, hire, and train team members
• manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising
• handle banking and cash deposits
• maintain safety, cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction
• control expenses and labor hours
• execute company programs and marketing initiatives
• cross-train and manage deli or QSR operations when necessary.
