What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, including dressing, hygiene, toileting, mobility, and meals
• support routines and independence goals
• monitor health, seizure activity, and behavioral changes as assigned
• use positive support and de-escalation strategies
• prepare meals and perform light household tasks
• support community participation and transportation
• complete SOAP documentation
• follow incident reporting and emergency protocols.
