The Behavioral Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver role is onsite in South Milwaukee, WI. The role provides individualized guidance with daily activities and life skills while supporting each person’s comfort, safety, dignity, and independence.

What you'll do

• Provide individualized support to adults with disabilities or complex needs
• support skill development, personal goals, and community participation
• provide encouragement and guidance with daily activities and life skills
• assist with personal care as needed
• respond appropriately to behavioral or mental health needs
• attend community activities and appointments
• document services, progress, incidents, and important events
• complete required training.
