What you'll do

• Lead the Data and Analytics department and supervise management-level staff
• set analytical roadmaps and present data narratives to executives and external partners
• guide Medicaid MCO reporting, medical expense tracking, and contract performance analytics
• oversee models for total cost of care, utilization, and patient empanelment
• guide the data lakehouse and clinical, eligibility, payer, and referral data pipelines
• collaborate with vendors, health systems, and HIE networks on integrations and reliability
• enforce HIPAA and HITECH compliance, role-based access controls, and privacy standards
• establish quality controls for dashboards and partner deliverables.
