What you'll do

• Develop commercial HVAC project opportunities
• build relationships with contractors, building owners, and commercial customers
• determine project needs and scope
• review construction plans and specifications
• develop design-build solutions
• estimate equipment, labor, materials, and subcontractor costs
• request and evaluate pricing
• create and present proposals
• negotiate scope and pricing
• coordinate projects with operations and project management
• maintain an organized opportunity pipeline.
