What you'll do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and cooling equipment
• work on oil-fired, propane, and natural gas systems, central air conditioning, and ductless mini-splits
• perform preventive maintenance
• manage assigned service calls
• document work and recommendations
• coordinate with dispatch and the service department
• participate in emergency and on-call coverage as required.
