The Director, Expansion PMO, Data Center Planning role is based in CoreWeave’s U.S. hubs, with a global remit and periodic international travel that may be required. The base salary range is $180,000–$240,000 per year. The role reports to the VP, Strategic Programs and Global Expansion and supports CoreWeave’s international data center expansion. The director aligns demand with supply, leads multi-workstream program management, and coordinates Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Operations to sequence market entry and site execution. The role provides leadership visibility into program health, risks, deal reviews, and resource needs across domestic and international expansion programs.

What you'll do

• Define market direction and demand-to-supply alignment
• lead end-to-end international data center expansion program management
• coordinate Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Operations
• maintain integrated plans, dependency maps, and risk registers
• coordinate deal review timelines with the Due Diligence Team
• manage direct reports maintaining pipeline interdependency tracking
• lead portfolio reviews and stakeholder forums
• develop standardized intake and pipeline processes.
