What you'll do

• Perform site crew tasks and ensure assigned work is completed
• interact with clients professionally
• direct and coordinate crew tasks
• help crew members understand responsibilities and policies
• coordinate daily operations and resolve deficiencies
• monitor schedules and coverage
• document and report safety, building maintenance, and equipment issues
• support requests for uniforms, credentials, and supplies
• respond to evening and weekend emergencies
• assist with staffing, hiring, and training
• motivate and support crew members.
