What you'll do

• Meet prospective residents and families, answer questions, conduct tours, and qualify residents for admission
• monitor competitors
• work with the Executive Director and sales team on annual sales and marketing plans
• establish sales goals
• manage and follow up on leads
• maintain contact notes and occupancy and apartment inventory reports
• participate in weekly sales meetings
• keep marketing materials current and compliant
• attend training and report suspected elder abuse, mistreatment, or neglect.
