IT Support Specialist

What you'll do

• Provide desk-side, phone, email, and messaging support for hardware, software, POS systems, peripherals, and mobile devices
• troubleshoot and resolve incidents and escalate unresolved cases per service-level agreements
• support Microsoft 365 accounts, licensing, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• manage device enrollment and configuration through Intune
• apply policies and deploy applications
• maintain SOPs, knowledgebase articles, and technical records
• assist with help desk tickets, identify recurring issues, and recommend process improvements.
