It helps ensure reliable system performance by resolving complex issues, carrying out preventive maintenance, documenting solutions, and coordinating with customers, project managers, system administrators, and field teams.

What you'll do

• Research, evaluate, develop, and design security and audiovisual systems
• configure and integrate solutions in lab and production environments
• analyze system performance and resolve complex issues
• perform preventive maintenance and support access control and video management infrastructure
• prepare drawings, documentation, dashboards, and test plans
• conduct technology evaluations and pre-installation testing
• train cross-functional teams
• coordinate with customers, vendors, field personnel, and engineering teams
• provide progress updates and present outcomes.
