What you'll do

• Build and execute recruiting strategy
• manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, onboarding, and retention follow-up
• recruit for sales, operations, technology, and support roles
• source candidates through job boards, networks, referrals, social recruiting, and direct outreach
• partner with hiring managers on role requirements and job descriptions
• manage recruiting metrics and pipelines
• support onboarding, employee documentation, and compliance
• build future talent pipelines
• represent the employer brand at industry events and professional networks.
