What you'll do

• Manage staffing, scheduling, and coverage for Patient Access Representatives
• extend oversight to RN and Medical Assistant staff as site operations expand
• address front-desk operational escalations
• coordinate backup coverage with the Call Center Supervisor
• report site-level metrics
• and partner with clinical leadership on operational support for workflows. Active, unrestricted Michigan RN licensure and BLS certification are required.
