What you'll do

• Enter and review orders against customer purchase orders
• create special purchase orders, production orders, and transfers
• send order confirmations and return authorization acknowledgments
• expedite delayed and special orders
• update order dates and notify customers or sales staff
• scan and file completed tickets and orders
• respond to document requests and maintain organized filing.
