What you'll do

• Lead restaurant operations by applying policies, procedures, standards, training, and cultural expectations
• support the General Manager in developing team performance
• supervise shifts and manage operations when the General Manager is absent
• assist with administrative duties, evaluations, scheduling, and financial objectives
• coach and train employees
• support food and labor cost goals
• ensure guest experience standards.
