What you'll do

• Lead and manage the Personal Training department
• coach the CrunchOne Kickoff sales process
• drive monthly sales and session goals
• support, train, and mentor personal trainers
• perform at least 50% of CrunchOne Kickoffs
• oversee trainer schedules and resource allocation
• monitor client journey execution
• ensure trainers deliver safe, effective programs
• recruit, hire, train, and manage trainers
• review performance and report results to the General Manager.

Why this role
