What you'll do

• Oversee daily store operations, opening and closing, and daily coverage
• work two Fridays and two Saturdays per month
• lead customer service and resolve complaints
• maintain product and industry knowledge and train staff
• ensure legal compliance and complete store evaluations
• enforce company policies
• oversee point-of-sale use, cash handling, safe audits, change drops, and discounts
• coach and develop staff and conduct performance appraisals
• build staff schedules and coordinate inventory audits
• process orders and maintain store presentation and stock
• maintain store security and respond to emergency action items.
