What you'll do

• Own financial strategy, planning, and performance
• partner with the President and ownership on growth and capital decisions
• lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, treasury, banking, accounting oversight, reporting, and finance team development
• oversee financial systems and the IT function
• lead weekly financial reviews and support financial literacy across departments. Weekend work is part of the seasonal schedule, especially during the June-through-holiday busy season
• travel to other company locations is as needed.
